FlexBars

This set of flex bars offers varied resistance to help with forearm/elbow/wrist conditions such as tennis/golfers/climbers elbow.

Foam Roller - high density

This foam roller is great to get out some myofasical and muscular restrictions. This is the high density one which is pretty firm.

I would recommend the 36" one for the most uses.

Foam Roller - low density

This foam roller is great to get out some myofasical and muscular restrictions. This is the low density one, so it's a bit softer.

I would recommend the 36" one for the most uses.

Joint mobilization bands

These bands are great for self-mobilizations on your joints to improve mobility and function. They are also often used for assisted pull ups and other training activities.

Myofascial release balls

This set of myofascial release balls is great to get in those hard to reach areas and to apply more pressure specific trigger points

Neck peanut

This tool helps to relieve tension from neck muscles. Can be good for neck pain and certain types of headaches

Resistance bands - looped

This set of bands is great for hip strengthening exercises, good for warming up before an athletic event, and good for overall joint health.

Stretching strap

The strap is great for adding resistance to stretches

Toe spacers

Most modern day shoes press our toes together out of their natural pattern. These spacers are great to help realign our feet, stretch out our toes, and help fight against the formation of bunions.

These are especially good for people that normally wear tight shoes such as rock climbers and people wearing fashion shoes.
